Project Background

Satu Bumi’s Involvement

Satu Bumi was engaged by Figurehead Construction to manufacture and supply thirty-two large 800 mm High GRC rectangle planters ranging in length from 1,100 mm to 3,000 mm and with varying widths to suite the balustrade set out of the second floor of the building.

Caspian was developed by Samuel Property which specializes in high-end multi-residential property developments; constructed by Figurehead Constructions, that specializes in quality commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects; designed by BailyWard, an award-winning architecture, interior design, and urban design studio; with the landscape design provided by Jack Merlo, one of Australia’s most renowned and acclaimed landscape architects.
