Parklane is a prestigious boutique twenty-four luxury apartment development over eleven levels in the Melbourne suburb of Elsternwick that combines premium quality, modern design, an impeccable attention to detail, and is ideally located near the Elsternwick Reserve, the Glen Huntly Road shopping strip, the Classic Cinema and the Elsternwick Train Station.

Developed by Citiplan Property, built by Figurehead Construction and architecturally designed by award winning and internationally renowned architects Jackson Clement Burrows.

Parklane offers timeless appeal, high end finishes, sleek neutral tones and extensive custom joinery of the finest quality including stunningly engineered oak floors which open out to oversized wraparound terraces with city & bay views that encourage seamless year round indoor-outdoor living & entertaining.

Satu Bumi’s Involvement

Satu Bumi was engaged directly by Figurehead Construction to manufacture and supply a range of custom GRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) rectangle planters for the apartment terraces on five levels of the building.

This was a custom landscaping project designed by Eckersley Garden Architecture, which is an internationally awarded landscape design firm.

The project showcased Satu Bumi’s ability to manufacture GRC planters to suit the high standards of a quality commercial project.

All the planters were manufactured with high commercial grade GRC using Satu Bumi's CityScape technology with both natural grey and white concrete smooth finishes.
