Project Background

Parkview Apartments is a collection of 118 luxury residences spread over eight levels, plus a rooftop common area, a pool and spa.

Created by the internationally renowned architectural practice of DKO, these one, two and three bedroom apartments were inspired by the beauty of the nearby parklands and designed to maximise the views of the Yarra River corridor, the city, and the leafy surrounds.

These apartments are in the Parkview Precinct which is inspired by Neighbouring Alphington Park and the proximity of the Yarra Bend and Darebin Parks.

 

Satu Bumi’s Involvement

Satu Bumi was engaged by the Crema Group to manufacture approximately a hundred and fifty Custom GRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) planters for this project with an integrated charcoal pigment finished.

All the planters were manufactured with high commercial grade GRC using Satu Bumi's CityScape technology.

The installation of the planters was managed by Crema, a business with a proud history in property and construction spanning almost seventy years and three generations.

This project highlighted Glenvill's vision as a quality property developer and Crema's capabilities in the construction industry.

Therefore, Satu Bumi was proud of its involvement with this project in terms of the design, manufacture and supply the GRC planters.
