Developed by Monno, built by Figurehead, designed by Fieldwork, interiors by Mim Design and landscaping by Openwork, this project embodies innovative design and construction, combining timeless aesthetic appeal with meticulous craftsmanship. Situated at 22 Gordon Street, Everlane integrates seamlessly into Cremorne’s bustling commercial hub, and aligns with the suburb’s industrial heritage with a contemporary appeal.
The building embodies sustainable construction practices, enduring design, and exceptional functionality, making it a lasting asset in one of Melbourne’s most dynamic precincts.
Satu Bumi’s Involvement
Satu Bumi was contracted by Figurehead Constructions to manufacture and supply sixty GRC planters of various customised shapes and sizes, and eighteen meters of GRC bench seating with an integrated aggregate finish. In addition, two of the GRC planters were very large with a highly customised circular shape and decorative fluted finish.
The completed installation demonstrates Satu Bumi's capability to deliver highly customised large feature planters and purpose built GRC benches with an attractive aggregate finish, to meet the design intent for high-end commercial construction projects.
