Project Background
The Botanica Sanctuary is a luxury retreat hotel with 166 rooms, two restaurants and a roof top infinity pool ideally positioned in a virgin pine forest with breathtaking views of the mystical Mount Pangrngo, easy access to a world class zoo theme park, the Cisarua Traditional Market and the iconic Puncak Pass.
The Botanica Sanctuary is more than a holiday hotel, it is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery to provide a truly luxurious life experience.
The Botanica Sanctuary was developed by the Agung Sedayu Group which is a leading Jakarta based property developer with fifty years of experience in the development of very large one stop living and business solutions.
Satu Bumi’s Involvement
Satu Bumi was engaged to manufacture and deliver a range of GRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) planters, GRC planter/ benches, GRC bowls and GRC pots for the roof-top terrace and public spaces of this project.
This was a high-end project that demanded the best available suppliers from all aspects of the construction industry.
All the GRC elements were manufactured with high commercial grade GRC using Satu Bumi's CityScape technology with a natural concrete smooth finish.
Satu Bumi also worked collaboratively with Otazen to provide the timber elements of the planter benches.
This project highlighted Satu Bumi's competence to supply GRC products to large commercial projects and the confidence the Agung Sedayu Group had in Satu Bumi as a quality and reliable GRC landscaping products supplier.
Satu Bumi has now manufactured and supplied GRC landscaping and street furniture products to most regions of the world including the US, the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South East Asia, and Australasia.
