Its prime position in the heart of the bustling CBD makes it one of Melbourne’s most attractive and prestigious commercial addresses.
Designed by renowned architecture firm Gray Puksan, the building’s revitalised ground floor includes an impressive business lounge, an inviting lobby café, and an integrated outdoor seating area. The design seamlessly blends functional urban spaces with modern aesthetics, creating a sophisticated environment for tenants and visitors alike.
Satu Bumi’s Involvement
Satu Bumi was contracted by BuildCorp to manufacture and supply custom precast GRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) planters and integrated outdoor furniture to bring Gray Puksan’s design vision to life.
All GRC elements were custom engineered to meet the strict design brief and architectural specifications. Utilizing high commercial-grade GRC, the planters and furniture provided a durable, lightweight, and high-strength alternative to traditional on-site blockwork or formwork. The off-site manufacturing process allowed for precise quality control, complex geometric capabilities, and cost-effective production, ensuring all products were delivered ready for seamless installation.
